This world and its god (Satan) have a totally different agenda for believer and non-believer alike. Heeding their call is the antithesis of God’s command. God commands us to be separate from the world and its allure. Satan constantly defines real “purpose” in life as the fulfillment of personal goals and selfish ambitions. This is accomplished through a perpetual barrage of enticing propaganda, encouraging all human beings to participate in the process of self-edification and power.

Power and possessions are the goal of goals, and too much is never quite enough. More, bigger, better, newer … the drive for fulfillment never ceases. Sadly, most of us to one extent or another have been seduced by this lie. Some of us without even realizing the price being paid for these quests.
